SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We strive to get all orders out the door and to you as fast as possible. After an order is placed you will receive a confirmation e-mail (if you don't see it check your spam). Keep in mind that shipping and processing times are different, so allow 1-2 business days for us to  process your order (we include weekends but exclude major holidays). Orders placed after 5 pm EST will be processed the next day. We ship from Georgia and currently are only shipping within the U.S.. Depending on  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We provide free shipping on orders of $150 or more. Please understand that once we ship your order, it is then in the hands of the Postal Service and therefore cannot promise it will arrive within the estimated time. We appreciate your understanding of this. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, we understand and strive to make it right. Should this happen, you may return it to us for a full refund. (The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping to return.)  Returns and refunds are only eligible within 30 days after receiving the product and it must be of the same condition that it was received in. We offer other solutions if a refund is not of interest to you: We can remake and send you a new item of the one purchased, or replace it with a different one (your choice) of the same value, Any route you choose, we want you to be happy when all is said and done. To initiate the refund/return/exchange/etc. process, get in touch with us via e-mail - taylor@wildcalllanyards.com .
